PaliGhar Experiences, a travel division and an extension of PaliGhar - farmstay, aspires to recreate similar authentic and rustic experiences in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Nepal and Ladakh. We aim to create personalized and customized itineraries to introduce our clientele to the rich natural and cultural heritage of these regions.

Travel is all about the journey and less about the destination - as we embark upon new journeys in Kalimpong, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Nepal and Ladakh, we unravel the history, heritage, culture and lifestyles of these regions. Our team believes that the path less taken often reveals the secrets of the land. We specialize in revealing these mystical secrets through village walks, treks, cultural and spiritual interactions, food experiences and many more as we explore hamlets in your region of preference.

From understanding the history of tea introduction in Darjeeling, to learning more about the silk route that passes through Kalimpong, the influence of Missionaries in these regions, exploring the history and culture of Sikkim, trekking along the Himalayan routes of Nepal to witnessing the dying art of pastoralism in Ladakh. In each of these experiences, we also aim to showcase indigenous methods of weaving, pickling, farming and tending of agriculture fields, local architecture structures all of which remain unique to each region.
